Principles applied by MVD Training

MVD Training collects only the information necessary to handle requests, organize training and meet its obligations.

  • Data are not sold, rented or shared with partners for commercial purposes.
  • They are not used to display targeted advertising.
  • They are not subject to fully automated decisions producing legal effects.

Contact form

Data collected

  • first and last name;
  • company;
  • email address;
  • telephone number, where requested;
  • subject and content of the request;
  • technical information necessary to secure the submission.

Purposes and legal basis

This information is used to receive and understand your request, reply to it, follow up exchanges, prevent automated, abusive or fraudulent submissions, and ensure the security of the form.

Processing is based on MVD Training's legitimate interest in receiving and handling professional enquiries. When an enquiry directly concerns preparation of a service, processing may also be necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request.

Mandatory information, recipients and retention

Fields marked as mandatory are needed to handle your request. Without them, MVD Training may not be able to reply.

The information is accessible only to authorized MVD Training personnel within the scope of their duties. IONOS acts as a technical processor for website hosting and the provision of email services.

Where no service is undertaken, information is retained for the time necessary to handle the request and then for no more than three years after the last exchange.

Pre-registration form

Data collected

  • name and professional contact details;
  • company and role;
  • selected course;
  • experience level, prerequisites, expectations and objectives;
  • positioning questionnaire responses and organizational preferences;
  • any training adaptation need.

Purposes and legal bases

This information is used to assess your request and needs, verify that the course suits your level and objectives, prepare a proposal or agreement, organize the session, prepare administrative and teaching documents, follow up training when delivered and meet the obligations applicable to training providers.

Depending on the situation, processing is based on pre-contractual steps requested by the individual or company, performance of the training agreement or contract, MVD Training's legitimate interest in organizing training, and applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Mandatory information, recipients and retention

Fields marked as mandatory are needed to assess pre-registration and organize training. Without them, MVD Training may not be able to process the request, verify prerequisites or organize the session.

Data are accessible only to authorized MVD Training personnel responsible for administrative, teaching or technical management of training. IONOS acts as a technical processor for website hosting and email services.

Where a pre-registration does not lead to training, data are retained for no more than three years after the last exchange. Where training is delivered, administrative and teaching data needed to follow up and evidence the service may be retained for five years after the end of training. Documents subject to a specific statutory retention period, including accounting documents, are retained for the period required by applicable regulations. At the end of these periods, data are deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary.

Accessibility and adaptation needs

The pre-registration form may allow a person to report an adaptation need likely to facilitate their participation in training. Only the difficulty encountered, its possible consequences for training attendance, and useful adaptations or specific conditions should be described. There is no need to provide a medical diagnosis, medical record or information unrelated to the organization of training.

Optional nature, use and access

Providing this information is optional and relies on the data subject's explicit consent, collected through a separate unchecked box. The absence of consent does not prevent a pre-registration request; any information entered in the relevant field is then not transmitted.

This information is used solely to assess the need, communicate with the person concerned, determine feasible adaptations and organize training under appropriate conditions. It is accessible only to people directly responsible for assessing and implementing adaptations, including the disability contact where their involvement is necessary.

Retention period

Where training is delivered, information relating to an adaptation need is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and, except in special circumstances, no later than three months after the end of training. Where pre-registration does not lead to training, it is deleted when the request is closed and no later than three months after the last exchange. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

Hosting and technical processing

MVD Training's website and email services are hosted by IONOS. IONOS acts solely as a technical processor for website hosting, email operation, security, maintenance, backups and technical incident diagnosis.

IONOS may use data only to the extent necessary to provide services subscribed to by MVD Training and in accordance with applicable contractual commitments. Its full details are available in the legal notices. MVD Training does not share information collected through forms with commercial partners.

Data security

MVD Training implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure and misuse. Access is limited to people who need it as part of their duties.

Exchanges with the website must be protected by an HTTPS connection. Forms use mechanisms to protect against automated submissions and common attacks, without advertising trackers or audience measurement.

Your rights

Depending on the processing concerned and its legal basis, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, temporary restriction of use, portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You may exercise your rights by writing to william.duluc@mvd-training.com. Your request must allow MVD Training to identify you and understand the right you wish to exercise. Proof of identity may be requested only where there is reasonable doubt about your identity.

MVD Training responds within the time limits set by applicable regulations. If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies and technical operation

The MVD Training website uses no advertising cookies, audience-measurement trackers, profiling tools or devices intended to monitor browsing for commercial purposes.

A technical session cookie may be set when forms are used. It is used solely to operate forms, secure exchanges, temporarily retain information needed between pages and limit automated or fraudulent submissions. It expires at the end of the browsing session or at the maximum technical duration configured on the server. No prior consent is required for this strictly necessary cookie.

Technical security information

When using the website or its forms, technical information may be recorded temporarily to ensure security and diagnose incidents: IP address, request date and time, requested page or resource, browser type and technical information associated with form submission.

This information is not used for commercial or advertising purposes. When recorded by the MVD Training application, it is retained only for the time necessary for website security, for no longer than twelve months. Technical logs managed directly by the host are subject to the settings and terms of the IONOS services used by MVD Training.
